- With extensive experience in human resources, having held consulting and leadership positions in diverse areas, as well as a generalist known for his calmness and listening abilities, which allows for the rapid and precise identification of organizational and human resource issues.
- Patricks academic training and bilingualism along with his work experience has provided an expertise in international trade and multi-site organizations in the United Kingdom, United States of America, Hong Kong,several provinces in Canada and of course the province of Quebec.
