Biography of Mel Zangwill

• Former President of $180 million manufacturing operation based in Quebec. Prior to that was owner and operator of $40 million printing & packaging company.
  
  
• Total of 40 years as a senior executive with hands on experience in manufacturing and sales.
  
  
• Developed key customer accounts with blue chip corporate customers such as Merck Frosst, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, AT&T, Verizon, RJR & Time Warner.
  
  
• Has extensive experience in implementing quality control and continuous improvement processes at the manufacturing level.
  

• Led successful turnaround of Tembec’s paperboard operation, including building new operations and sales teams and adding a large portfolio of profitable, new corporate accounts
  
  
• Also developed a number of new products, working closely with key corporate accounts, identifying needs and guiding a team through successful qualifications
